Wage?
I work at hy-vee as a bagger, I make $7.25 an hour. The state min, wage is 7.75 an hour going up to 8.00 and hour today, the last time i got my paycheck my min wage listed was 7.25 okay i went to my state DOL website and it states The Equal Pay Act prohibits employers with four or more employees from paying unequal wages to men and women for doing the same or substantially similar work, requiring equal skill, effort, and responsibility, under similar working conditions for the same employer in the same county, except if the wage difference is based upon a seniority system, a merit system, a system measuring earnings by quantity or quality of production, or factors other than gender. ok so i do the same ammount work as other baggers that are older then me. so since it does not mention age, i think hy-vee is violating this law. So If i worked 20 hours a week, one month at 7.25 i would have made 580 dollars, but if i was supposed to make 7.75 that is 40 dollars less a month, which after 1 year of working there is a loss of 480 dollars. so what should i do? i think it should call the idol and file a complaint, and if it is true, should sue my company for financial loss moreOpen Question: brain storm Puzzle: Free lunch if solved?
Hi All, It is a puzzle of my school days. I won the prize on dat time. See and solve it... there was a king with four castle on each direction of his empire... Enemy kind took over troops on his first castle, on that time the commander of the first castle sent a message to rest of three castle that ' please send troops as same as whatever we have right now' ( that means suppose he has 200 soldiers on that moment, he request to send 200 soldiers by each of castle, so he would have more 600 troops in his strength ) rest 3 castle sent him troops as per instruction and thus due to increase of troops on first castle, enemy troops divert to the castle no. 2 to attack, same thing happened there the commander of castle no. 2 sent a message to rest of castle chiefs, that ' please send troops as same as whatever we have right now' all things happened same as before, all rest 3 castle done the same and sent troops as per instruction. Again enemy kind divert his force on castle no. 3 due to increase of troops on castle no. 2. The commander of castle no. 3 sent same message for rest 3 castle chiefs as same before, things all happened as it was early. Troops increased on castle no. 3 due to rest castles sent the forces. Again enemy king divert to attack on castle no. 4, here the chief commander of the castle sent same message as early other had. Rest 3 castles sent forces as per instructions. well, when the forces reached and join the castle no. 4 troops, the no. of troops on each castles happened equal on each castle. So, who could find the no. of troops on each castle before enemy king attacked. Friends, we will have a nice lunch or dinner if solved ....for that you have to travel surat....hahahahaha find it... In fact, in 17th-20th centuries, with exception of the Holocaust, Jews were persecuted far more in Muslim lands than in Europe. Things in Europe changed, in Muslim lands they stayed the same. In the 19th century there were many instances of forced conversions and massacres, usually inspired by the Shi'a clergy. A representative of the Alliance Israélite Universelle, a Jewish humanitarian and educational organization, wrote from Tehran in 1894: "every time that a priest wishes to emerge from obscurity and win a reputation for piety, he preaches war against the Jews". In 1830, the Jews of Tabriz were massacred; the same year saw a forcible conversion of the Jews of Shiraz. In 1839, many Jews were massacred in Mashhad and survivors were forcibly converted. The Jews of Tabriz and Shiraz continued to practice Judaism in secret despite a fear of further persecutions. Jews of Barforush were forcibly converted in 1866; when they were allowed to revert to Judaism thanks to an intervention by the French and British ambassadors, a mob killed 18 Jews of Barforush, burning two of them alive In 1910, the Jews of Shiraz were accused of ritually murdering a Muslim girl. Muslim dwellers of the city plundered the whole Jewish quarter. Twelve Jews, who tried to defend their property, were killed. Driven by persecutions, thousands of Persian Jews emigrated to Palestine in the late 19th early 20th century. There they met Jews fleeing from similar persecution in Eastern Europe Here is a description of a disgusting ritual done to Persian Jews (recorded by a 19th century European traveler): "At every public festival — even at the royal salaam [salute], before the Kings face — the Jews are collected, and a number of them are flung into the hauz or tank, that King and mob may be amused by seeing them crawl out half-drowned and covered with mud. The same kindly ceremony is witnessed whenever a provincial governor holds high festival: there are fireworks and Jews." 1790. Pogrom in Tetouan, Morocco. All Jews stripped naked, many women raped, most homes ransacked 1808. Mulay Suleiman orders Jews of Tetuan, Rabat, Sale, and Mogador into mellahs 1815. Jews of Mogador, Morocco ordered to pay sudden jizya poll-tax. Those who pay punched on the forehead after turning over coins, those who refuse thrown in dungeon 1830. Three quarters of Jews of Shiraz, Persia are converted to Islam by force 1830. Jews are massacred in Tabriz, Persia 1834. Suleika affair. Jewish woman from Tangier, Morocco refuses to convert and marry a high-ranking official. She is executed in Fez 1839. Jews of Meshhad, Persia are massacred. Survivors are forced to convert to Islam 1840. The Damascus Blood Libel. Father Thomas, a Franciscan superior, disappears. The French consul accuses a group of rabbis and other Jews of ritual murder and extracts a "confession" by torture in which one of the victims dies. Others, including sixty children, are arrested and starved to convince their parents to confess. Pogroms follow throughout the Middle East. Sir Moses Montefiore, Adolphe Cremieux and Salomon Munk intervene on behalf of the Jews and the charges are dropped. Sultan Abdul Mejid issues a Firman against blood libels. He unconditionally releases nine survivors of the Damascus libel. Four had already died 1859. War starts between Morocco and Spain. Massacre and plunder of the Jewish community of Tetuan. About 400 killed, the rest flee 1863. British Jewish philanthropist Sir Moses Montefiore visits Sultan Muhammad IV and requests equal rights for Jews. Sultan at first agrees, but after Montefiore's departure nullifies any change in status quo 1866. Jews of Barforush, Persia are forcibly converted, then allowed to revert to Judaism, then mob kills 18 Jews, burning two of them alive 1884-88. 307 Jews murdered over four years by Muslims in Morocco, yet no Muslims put on trial 1889. After anti-Jewish disturbances in Shiraz and Isfahan, Persia, new restrictions of food, dress, habits, inheritance, trade, etc. are put on Jews there 1903. 40 Jews killed by Muslims during riots in Taza, Morocco. More killed in Settat 1907. In Casablanca, Morocco 30 Jews killed, 200 women, girls and boys abducted, raped, then ransomed etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.... moreResolved Question: Need a little College Algebra help?
What are the coordinates of the three points that divide the line segment joining P(a,b) and Q(c,d) into four equal parts? I think I am over thinking it.... moreResolved Question: Can casinos cheat players?
Please, only answer with serious replies, preferably based on some real-world experience. I am living in Europe. The casinos here seem to be rigged against the players. This is not some sour grapes observation; I have been very analytical in my observations. I've even taken friends with me to verify the statistics I was storing up. First, let's talk about blackjack: one casino uses an automatic card dealing machine. There are times when it seems impossible the dealer is getting so lucky: often 80% of the time he starts with an ace, ten, or face card. One day I visited two casinos, and in both places the dealer had an ace as his first card three times in a row. On those rare occasions when the dealer doesn't start with a strong hand, he magically gets 21. Not 19 or 20, but 21. One night, we started mocking the dealer because it became ridiculous. About 90% of the time, he'd have five, six, ten (face card). It was never five, seven, ten or anything. But always those three cards to equal 21. This happened at least 20 times within 90 minutes. Roulette: some of my friends are convinced that the casino somehow uses magnets to influence the ball. One oddity: on about five occasions recently, I switched my chip from one number to a split between two numbers. So, while I started with a chip on Five, at the last moment I switched it to Four/Five. Guess what? EACH TIME I won. It seems statistically that this is not just some aberration. I moved a chip to one of the only numbers that wasn't being played... and it won.... five out of five times. Suspicious? Please, do not answer with the typical: 1) You've got a selective memory 2) It all evens out in the end These occurences seem to deny statistics. In fact, I just returned from the casino. I was getting such abominable cards that I had them switch the table from Blackjack to Pontoon. I quintupled my money in about an hour. In other words, the cards were so abominable, that getting a 5-card pontoon was actually a winning strategy. To the first respondant who commented, "you are seeing statistics that aren't really there, just trying to justify your losses", that is not true. As I said, I even took friends there to help me keep statistical count. Here in Europe I think that inspection is lax and not frequent. Also, if it's like everything else here, there is corruption. Also, it's not just me. I have seen pros playing (yes, I am taking their word for it, that they gamble so frequently it's like a profession) who lost about $5,000 in a day. The cards they would get were ridiculously bad. For example, they'd split aces against a six, get a three and a four, and the dealer magically draws an ace (here, the dealer only gets one card at the beginning; he draws last). While this is not proof of cheating, a few times the ball has literally bounced out of the number it landed in, almost like it was getting some invisible whack. As I said, some friends here are convinced that the casinos are cheating. moreVoting Question: A(1,5) and B(7,-9) are two points.AB is divided into four equal parts at C,D and E.?
Find the coordinates of C,D and E. moreResolved Question: Hard puzzle!?!?!?!?!?
Nikki, Mikey, Akeem, Katie and Davey have all entered a mathematics competition. In each round of the competition, the entrants were put into pairs as far as possible (if there were an odd number of participants, all but one would be paired) and answered a set of questions at the same time as their opponent. The winner was the entrant who gave correct answers to most of the questions. The winner got two points, one point was awarded for a draw and zero points for a loss. Every entrant played another entrant exactly once. As we know, Nikki, Mikey, Akeem, Katie and Davey are all very good mathematicians, and they were delighted to find that they had all won the competition with the same score. In fact they had all dropped only 4 points. All of the other entrants only scored 4 points. When the judges examined the results, there had been no draws. How many points did Nikki, Mikey, Akeem, Katie and Davey all score? When they met their friends Sophie, Stevie, Sabina, Marge and Chrissie, they discovered that they had been in a different group of entrants for the same competition. The friends admitted that they had dropped four times as many points even though they all scored the same number, but they noted that in their round the other entrants also scored exactly the same number of points as they had each dropped. Davey thought that there were the same number of entrants in each round, so he said that he was sorry that his friends were not through to the next round, but, Sophie said that they too got through. How many entrants were in their round? welcome news: you wrote this As we know, Nikki, Mikey, Akeem, Katie and Davey are all very good mathematicians, and they were delighted to find that they had all won the competition with the same score. In fact they had all dropped only 4 points. All of the other entrants only scored 4 points. From the above the only possible solution is that each person played each other person in the group and won two matches and lost two matches. They also won all their matches against the other players. each of the other players got 4 points: they must have therefore won two matches. This suggests that there are 5 other players each of whcih won two and lost two of their matches between themselves. Since each of the friends beat the other 5 players (scoring 10 points) and beat two of their own friends (scoring 4 points) they must have all scored 14 points. For the second group each of them lost 16 points: As they (presumably) lost 4 points playing each other then they must have lost 12 points playing the other competitors (a total of 60 points or 30 games) (this means there must have been at least 6 others) suppose there are n other people. The total number of points scored between them is n^2-n so the total including the friends is n^2-n+60 and this must equal 16.n So : n^2 -n + 60 = 16n OR: n^2 -17n + 60 = 0 or (n-5)(n-12) = 0 giving n = 5 or n = 12. However we know that n>5 so n= 12 So the total entrants was 17 Please could you explain fully how you did this part: how did you get 60??Please explain fully! suppose there are n other people. However we know that n>5 so n= 12 So the total entrants was 17 thanks moreResolved Question: Here are some off-the-wall DOOM-esque rhymes I just penned. Please give feedback and rate from 1-10.?

Hello. I have a square of points : A(0,0) B(1,0) C(1,1) D(0,1) And I have a point E, somewhere inside that square, which has some scalar value. I need to "dissipate" point E's value into these four points, based on their distance from E (the closer-the more of E's value they get). The thing is, this needs to be "mass conserving", that is, when I sum all the values from A,B,C,D (after the operation), they need to be exactly equal to the value of E. Please help me even if you're relationship retarded like I am!?
Love should never hurt. Most of the time when you see this there's a picture of a beaten woman next to it on a billboard. This has nothing to do with domestic violence though- it hurts because I don't have him. John. Who use to be my John until I screwed up majorly and lied(to the parents) and wanted to sneak our relationship and somehow, though I know for sure I didn't want to, broke up with him. He was mad at me for so long after I broke his heart, yet now he's with her. And now has been for four months- officially longer than we had been together. Sounds crazy to have been with a person less than four months yet be so in love with them. I had been in love with John for two years prior to this, give or take a month. I can't tell you an exact date, but I can tell you I'm still crazy about him. I can never get him out of my head, nor do I want to. Those four months were the happiest of my life because he treated me so well. He didn't treat me like a dog or like a princess, but rather like an equal- the one thing I could ask for. We were best friends before all of this who happened to fall in love. I don't like to say fall though- I heard once if you fall in love you can fall out of it. I came to love him, to be in love with him and fucked it up. Our parents would never have let us go back on the break up either, though we still acted like a couple for a long time afterwards. Now he is with miss priss- a girl with my exact body type just less "developed", who's my height (quite a feat since I'm only five feet tall), and even my somewhat rare religion. he found this girl so much like me yet so different-shy, introverted, and high maintanence. I know people have types, but geez- he was never with a girl like me before since he was with a stick figure girly girl, not a curvy punk. He would even tell me how I wasn't his usual type! But anyways, what I'm getting at is what do I do? I still am completely in love with him- and he knows it. Yeah, I've told him. We still wrestle and stuff too, like playing and what not. My mom asked me the other day how I would feel if I was still with him and saw him play fighting with another girl like we do. I didn't answer, but I'd be pissed. Even though he got to be friends with this girl only while we were together, we've always done this play fighting for as long as we've been friends, and it's not sexual- no touching or anything just fun. Is it cheating? John is the most faithful guy I have ever met in my life, and I'm not just saying that cause I love him but because I have a lot of guy friends who cheat or think about cheating on their girls. That's just the society we are in today. Not John. So what's up? We still hug and stuff too- I've told him (as cheesy as it sounds) that my favorite place in the world is in his arms. Is he just trying to make me happy because we are best friends? Does he maybe still have some kind of feelings for me? He's told me before he could never replace me, and when I asked him (stupidly enough) if he loved her he got this pained look on his face and didn't answer- I didn't push it. I really don't know what to do, especially since she's ruining my summer by being at the stables every "wonderful Wednesday" as I mockingly call it. She says she wants to be friends, but that's only because John pushed her to, and she's a true brat and b***h (sorry) who's looking to stab me in the back. What do I do? Or rather, what would you do? BTW- Please suggest things that won't get me arrested. Trust me, the thoughts have run through my head enough times :) moreResolved Question: one time four equals?

Six or eight days of creation? Please Email me your answer at one_true_god_yhwh@yahoo.com and i will send you the full version of this article. Sura 7:54, 10:3, 11:7, and 25:59 clearly say that God created "the heavens and the earth" in six days. But then there is also the following passage: 2 Say: Is it that ye deny Him Who created the earth in TWO Days And do ye join equals with Him? He is the Lord of (all) the Worlds. + He set on the (earth), mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measured therein all things 4 to give them nourishment in due proportion, in FOUR Days in accordance with (the needs of) those who seek (Sustenance). Moreover He comprehended in His design the sky, and it had been (as) smoke: He said to it and to the earth: "Come ye together, willingly or unwillingly." They said: "We do come (together), in willing obedience." + 2 So He completed them as seven firmaments in TWO Days, and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven with lights, and (provided it) with guard. Such is the Decree of (Him) the Exalted in Might, Full of Knowledge. -- Sura 41:9-12 (Yusuf Ali) = 8 altogether these are EIGHT Days. Two days for the creation of the earth, then four days to fill the earth with mountains, blessings and nourishment for all its inhabitants, and in the end two more days to create the seven heavens and create the stars in them. This adds up to 2+4+2 = 8 days in contradiction to the 6 days mentioned in the other verses. The structure is very clear: These are the three "layers" which are created bottom up: *** FIRMAMENTS [the sky, the "roof" over the earth] in 2 days ---------- :-) BLESSINGS [filling the earth with everything needed for life] in 4 days --------- === The EARTH [the foundation] completed in 2 days Yusuf Ali starts out his commentary with "This is a difficult passage..." before he tries to explain away the problem. But it just doesn't look like the first two days are part of the four day period since the second period presupposes the existence of the earth which is now to be filled after it had been created. Had the first period been four and the second two days, the second could be included in the first, since "filling the earth" is part of "creating the earth", but the other way around doesn't make sense. The earth that isn't existing yet cannot be filled. But mathematically it is just not possible to include four days in two days. And it is very clear from the text that the first two days are connected with "creating" the next four days are characterized by "putting ON it", "bestowing on it", "giving them". That verse 9 and 10 describe different stages is further supported by the text structure since the two phases are "separated" by the second line of verse 9 asking a rhetorical question to the listener/reader based on what has been done in this first stage. Before it goes on to look at the second stage of creation. That is how the structure of the text presents itself (to the reader without an agenda to fit it into six days). The full explanation from Yusuf Ali's footnote 4470 is: The Commentators understand the "four Days" in verse 10 to include the two Days in verse 9, so that the total for the universe comes to six Days. This is reasonable, because the processes described in verses 9 and 10 form really one series. In one case it is the creation of the formless matter of the earth; in the other case it is the gradual evolution of the form of the earth, its mountains and seas, and its animal and vegetable life, with the "nourishment in due proportion", proper to each. As explained, I don't think this explanation is acceptable. But I would welcome a clearer presentation based on the text by anybody who can give one. Yusuf Ali reports this as THE opinion of the commentators. For the major commentators there does not even seem to exist the possibility of this second attempt below given by some Muslims to reconcile the number of days from eight to six: Here, the commentators generally have been confronted with this question: If it is admitted that the creation of the earth took two days and the setting up of the mountains and placing of the provisions and blessings in it took four days, and the creation of the heavens, took another two days, the total number of the days would be eight, whereas at several places in the Quran Allah has said that the creation of the earth and heavens took six days in all. (For example, see 7:54, 10:3, 11:7, and 25:59). Ignorance is one thing, but our society thrives increasingly on stupidity. It depends on people going along with whatever they are told. The media promotes a cultivated stupidity as a posture that is not only acceptable but laudable. Satanists must learn to see through the tricks and cannot afford to be stupid. 2. Pretentiousness — Empty posturing can be most irritating and isn’t applying the cardinal rules of Lesser Magic. This is on equal footing with stupidity for what keeps the money in circulation these days. Everyone’s made to feel like a big shot, whether they can come up with the goods or not. 3. Solipsism — Projecting your reactions, responses, and sensibilities onto someone who is probably far less attuned than you are can be very dangerous for Satanists. It is the mistake of expecting people to give you the same consideration, courtesy and respect that you naturally give them. They won’t. Instead, Satanists must strive to apply the dictum of “Do unto others as they do unto you.” It’s work for most of us, and requires constant vigilance, lest you slip into a comfortable illusion of everyone being like you. As it has been said, certain utopias would be ideal in a nation of philosophers, but unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately, from a Machiavellian standpoint) we are far from that point. 4. Self-deceit — It’s in the “Nine Satanic Statements”, but deserves to be repeated here. It is another cardinal sin. We must not pay homage to any of the sacred cows presented to us, including the roles we are expected to play ourselves. The only time self-deceit should be entered into is when it’s fun, and with awareness. But then, it’s not self-deceit! 5. Herd Conformity — That’s obvious from a Satanic stance. It’s all right to conform to a person’s wishes, if it ultimately benefits you. But only fools follow along with the herd, letting an impersonal entity dictate to you. The key is to choose a master wisely, instead of being enslaved by the whims of the many. 6. Lack of perspective — Again, this one can lead to a lot of pain for a Satanist. You must never lose sight of who and what you are, and what a threat you can be, by your very existence. We are making history right now, every day. Always keep the wider historical and social picture in mind. That is an important key to both Lesser and Greater Magic. See the patterns and fit things together as you want the pieces to fall into place. Do not be swayed by herd constraints: Know that you are working on another level entirely from the rest of the world. 7. Forgetfulness of Past Orthodoxies — Be aware that this is one of the keys to brainwashing people into accepting something new and different, when in reality it’sAll of this came form http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaVeyan_SatanismPlease don't mistake this for my personal beliefs. I recently moved my beautiful black moor, Google, into a bigger tank because my parents had been keeping him in a one gallon tank with horrible water condition while I was away at school. At first I had some concerns about his health, including white spots on his front fins and head (which I later discovered were actually breeding stars), some fin and body damage (likely caused by trauma from his old filter, which had a tendency to float and expose rough edges) and what appeared to be problems with his swimming bladder (floating vertical on the surface with his tail sticking up). Fortunately, he seems to be improving rapidly with the new aquarium and better water quality. Tonight, though, he exhibited some strange eating behaviors that I've never seen from him. I gave him the usual amount of pellets and as soon as they hit the surface he attacked them as though he were ravenous, like he hadn't eaten in days. Confused, I gave him some more which he consumed with equal ferocity. He probably ate four times the usual amount of pellets by the time he was satisfied. I have no idea what could have caused this interesting feeding, because I have personally fed him every night for the weeks that I've been home. He doesn't at all appear to have lost weight since being in his other bowl. What could elicit such behavior from a goldfish? Could it have anything to do with his increased level of activity in his new tank? Could this be a sign of a more serious problem I should look out for? Should I increase his pellets? Any help would be greatly appreciated. moreVoting Question: Sura 41:9-12 and Sura10:3 error?

Or is it just party line rhetoric as usual? If so what are you basing it on? according to the link below, GOP has 22% of the public, and the Dems have 33% of the public. Both parties have suffered losses this year. By the way 39% of the public identifies themselves as Independent. So in a two party election either the GOP or the Dems have an equal ability to win. If you think the GOP is dying, what makes you think the Democratic party isn't dying too? Isn't it more likey that the republican party is just down following Bush's departure, and will only gain strength as Obama and the Dem congress put the US into hyper-debt? http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/fewer-than-one-in-four-identify-as-republican-2009-04-29.htmlBruno: I've heard more Republican recently speaking out for gay marriage. The leader of the dems (obama) is still against it. by your rational, he is keeping himself from being reelected.Brian: good point about parties versus ideologies. I disagree with your assurtion that liberalism is the gaining force. I think with the state of the economy there is a strong conservative economic belief growing. I also see some social freedom beliefs being pushed. So maybe it is the liberitarian ideology growing.Mr. Duck: I think your link shows that repubs are disillusioned with the party, but their ideals are still conservative. moreResolved Question: x^2+3x=10 solve the quadratic equation using the India Method?

I'm writing an essay on why animalism failed in animal farm Old Major, a pig reaching the end of his life raises the idea of a revolution and just days after his death, the animal’s revolt. Following a successful rebellion, the animals agree to seven commandments entitled Animalism. In the fable Animal Farm by George Orwell, the philosophy of Animalism fails for numerous reasons. A struggle for power amongst the pigs corrupts Old Major’s dream for the farm as the pigs exploit the less intelligent animal’s naivety through propaganda. Old Major’s speech inspires the animal’s view by saying, “All men are enemies. All animals are comrades” (p.7). This quotation is the original idea for animalism, and is not followed throughout the novel. This is one of many visions such as “four legs good two legs bad” (p24), which went astray throughout this allegory. Power struggle was the beginning of the many problems that face Animal Farm and the original ideas of Animalism. The leader Napoleon was mainly responsible for these troubles that threatened the integrity of the animal’s original way of life. Running out intelligent leader Snowball was solely for Napoleons selfish gain. Animal Farm’s best interest was not in the mind of leader Napoleon and his understudy Squealer. Animals ultimately escape from the origin of “All animals are equal” (p.18). Rather they become what they aspire not to be, “all animals are equal but some are more equal the others” (p.92). Desire for power damages the honor of Animalism, and causes large ramifications for the delusional animals of Animal Farm. A longing for control was the cause of fighting within. Power was the motive behind the killings of many animals, whether it is in battle or slaughtering in the grounds. Manipulating the other animals plays a large part of Napoleons craving for power. The windmill exemplifies the pig’s manipulation of the other animals for their own gain. The pigs' explanation that Snowball is responsible for the windmill's first destruction represents exploitation. As it prevents the animals from becoming suspicious, the supposed enemy brings them together. In spite of the animals yearning for warmth and food, the pigs exploit common animals, such as Boxer, to earn more money and gain power. Exploitation of the naïve animals within the farm plays a large part in the fall of the philosophy of Animalism. Boxer is a perfect example of how the naïve are exploited within the land. His two maxims are “I will work harder, (p.51), and “Napoleon is always right” (p.47). This demonstrates how the blind faith of leader Napoleon was caused by exploitation of the working animals. Propaganda shows greatly how animals were taken advantage of by their naivety: ‘“Are you certain this is something you have not anywhere?’ And since it was certainly true that nothing of the kind existed in writing, the animals were satisfied they had been mistaken (p.46).” This is said by Napoleon’s second in command Squealer, when animals started to question the changing’s of the seven commandments. This is one of many examples of when the animals are fooled by the propaganda, and then are exploited to do what Napoleon wants. Boxer is taken advantage of his entire life, he then finds himself unable to work, and Napoleon has him killed. Even when he is killed indirectly by Napoleon, they exploit him by saying they should all adopt his maxim’s. Even during death Napoleon uses Boxer to get other animals to work harder. Animal’s naivety is used by Napoleon to do whatever he wanted. He worked animals to death, gained more power each day, and was able to change to origins of Animalism to suit his selfish needs. Animalism started off to be about the common animal, this changed throughout the novel. The seven commandments were meant to protect animals from fighting amongst themselves and becoming like humans. The direction Animalism takes ends up turning animals into what they abhor. Their national anthem changes from an inspirational song, into propaganda for Napoleons self-interested gain. One of the original seven commandments, all animals cannot sleep in beds, get changed into “all animals shall not sleep in beds with sheets” (p.47). Animals now are contradicting themselves, and becoming what they aspire not to be, human like. “I will give you the same toast as before, but in a different form. Fill your glasses to the brim. Gentlemen, here is my toast. To the prosperity of The Manor Farm.” This, in the end of the novel, shows the final product of the extremely modified animalism. This is Napoleons final speech to pig’s and humans in the barn. This scene opposes everything Animalism once stood for. Animals end up drinking, sleeping in beds, wearing cloths and standing on two legs. Nit pick i want every little thing. Also I need a closing please! moreVoting Question: Algebra equation help me!?

I would say it is. To begin with they are acting like the Devil of the tv show Reaper in believing they are incapable of being defeated. Also it leads to committing a classic villain mistake of talking to much of antagonistic mocking comments rather than finish their opponent off when they have the chance. At least Shredder was smart enough to realize that even with the loss of one turtle he was still capable of being defeated by 3 martial artist turtles. Superman vs Darkseid Darkseid strongly underestimated Superman that he was just a insect incapable of defeating him. Superman made a bet with Darkseid, and if he won he would get back his friend Stee back whom Darkseid was holding hostagel. Not only did Superman beat one of his best foes he did it in convincing fasion by punching him so hard Darkseid's eyes became swollen up. Bane vs Joker The psychotic deplorable clown was dumb enough to pick a fight with Bane who is his superior in so many ways including combat by miles. Bane ended up defeating him with ease including doing the same severe move he used on Batman with the whole back breaker. Dr.Doom vs Fantastic Four So many times Mr.Fantastic and his three teammates have made Dr.Doom look like a overlyconcieted fool in many defeats who still believes he is incapable of doing anything wrong, or any one is his equal or better than him. Ghost Rider vs Lucifer The Spirit of Vengeance has made the overly concieted demon look like a fool defeating his avatars on Earth without a problem. Ghost Rider vs Madcap The psycho loco was stupid enough to take on the Spirit of Vengeance. But to top it off he honestly believed he was incapable of being affected by the penace stare when he was. Dr.Doom vs Sub Mariner It doesn't matter if it's in Dr.Doom's castle Sub Mariner has had Dr.Doom's number whether in water, or on land. Dr.Doom vs Punisher The Kingpin hired Dr.Doom in a desperate attempt to get rid of one of his large bane the Punisher. The Punisher ended up defeating him using his van. Mongul vs Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) The Lord of Warworld was dumb enough to keep hitting him, and talking to much rather than finish him off. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) is placed in front of Steel's hammer Mongul mocks Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) that he broke his will instead of just kill him. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) forms a steelsuit picks up Steel's heavy metal hammer then gets the victory by swinging at Mongul sending him out of his own spaceship. Cyborg Superman vs Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) The Metal Barbarian was dumb enough to underestimate Green Lantern (Hal Jordan). Really the same super hero that beat Mongul a Darkseid level super villain, and he was concieted enough to think he can't beat me. Cyborg Superman ended up losing, and failing his mission. Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) vs Plastique The female Terrorist Plastique delayed in setting off all her bombs giving Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) a chance to think of a solution. She made a mocking comment that he couldn't win before setting off all her bombs then is humilated as Firestorm turns her costume to nothing, makes a mocking comment, grabs all the bombs getting rid of them. moreTop Equals Four Links
